I lived in Aloe for about 4 months as an Erasmus exchange student. Aloe is an ideal place for students and others, everything I needed was in the apartment or I could ask the landlord for it. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location is 5 min away from the beach, there are lots of tavernas and supermarkets close by. It is close to old town but yet in a more quiet location so that you have options. Would definetly stay there again.

We are absolutely amazed by the place!  Vicinity of everything you may need (supermarket, bakery, restaurants), overlooking the beach and beautiful sunset colours over the sea, huge terrace with beautiful furniture and drying rack, great spacious modern bathroom, impeccable cleanliness of the room... and Lefteris, one of the best hosts ever, took care of us during our stay and everything we needed. It was also easy to find parking spot around the block even in high season time (end of July 2024), definitely the best decision we've made about our stay in Rethimno.
